NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-002935, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and OK REALTY INVESTMENTS LLC; DESIREE LUPO A/K/A DESIREE M. LUPO; CREEKSIDE OAKS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; CREEKSIDE OAKS AT MANATEE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; GOLDEN FIRST MORTGAGE CORP.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6TH day of JULY, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
