The Defendant, HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation, having failed to plead or otherwise defend this action, and default having heretofore been entered; upon application of Plaintiffs and upon affidavit that Defendant is indebted to Plaintiffs in the principal sum of $350,000.00 plus interest thereon; that the Defendant has been defaulted for failure to appear in this action and that the claim is for a sum certain or for a sum which can by computation be made certain; it is hereby:
ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the Plaintiffs, Reine D. Jesel and Linda N. Jesel, recover the sum of $350,000.00, plus costs and interest according to law from the date of judgement until the entire amount is paid. This Judgement is entered by the Clerk at the request of the Plaintiffs and upon affidavit that said amount is due required by law, Per Fla. R. Civ. § P. 1500 (b)
