NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2017, and entered in 2016CA004414000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR7 is the Plaintiff and SHIRLEY LEVY A/K/A S. LEVY; SOLANA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 27, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
