NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 6, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001949, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. US BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2005-HE6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE6 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and RICHARD H. HOLCOMB A/K/A RICHARD HOLCOMB; RICHARD H. HOLCOMB A/K/A RICHARD HOLCOMB, AS TRUSTEE(S) OF THE HOLCOMB REVOVABLE TRUST, DATED JANUARY 17, 2008; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE HOLCOMB REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED JANUARY 17, 2008; MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS, LLC; CITIFINANCIAL, INC D/B/A CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Dwight E Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the Third FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 22 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 110, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 74, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
