NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2017, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-6384-J2 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2006-FM2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FM2, is Plaintiff, and VINCENT MICHAEL CAFARO, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CHRISTPHER C. CAFARO, DECEASED; VINCENT MICHAEL CAFARO; MADELINE CAROL DEFAZO; ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2080, Beacon Woods Village 11-C, according to the plat thereof recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pasco County, Florida, Plat Book 15, Pages 42-43-44.
Property Address: 8514 Lincolnshire Drive, Hudson, FL 34667.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
