NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 15 May, 2017, and entered in Case No. 58-2016-CA-002009 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc, is the Plaintiff and SunTrust Bank, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under or against Sherwood Kissel a/k/a Sherwood Kissell, Time Investment Company, Inc. D/B/A TIC Palm Coast, Inc., United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 nka Karen Tinny, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 19th of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
