ASSOCIATION, INC
At a properly called Board of Directors' meeting, held at 1:30 p.m. at the pool side cabana in Southwood Block 3, located at Venice, Florida, on Monday, April 24, 2017, Southwood Block 3 Homeowners Association, Inc., (the “Association”) through its Board of Directors took action to ensure that the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Southwood Block 3, a subdivision, as recorded in Official Records Book 2197, Page 49, et seq., of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, as may be amended from time to time, currently burden the property of each and every member of the Association, retains its status as the source of marketable title with regard to the transfer of a member's residence. To this end, the Association caused the notice required by Chapter 712, Florida Statutes, to be recorded in Official Record Instrument # 2017059584 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida on May 11, 2017. Copies of this notice and its attachments are available through the Association pursuant to the
Association's governing documents regarding official records of the Association.
