NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-002914 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Carol Ann Goldberg a/k/a Carol A. Goldberg a/k/a Carol Goldberg are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on August 17, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
TRACT 672, SAN CARLOS ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 557, PAGE 354, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
