NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-000538 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank, Plaintiff and Timothy Tucker are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 19, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 70 AND 71, BLOCK 2437, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 34, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 74-86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
