NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of May, 2017, and entered in Case No. 29-20-13CA00, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and LOYAL H. HAYWARD; CENTURY BANK, FSB DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; IBERIABANK, A LOUSIANA BANKING CORPORATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO CENTURY BANK, FSB; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S)IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAT FRANK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 73, BEL MAR REVISED UNIT NO. 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
