NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Reformation of Mortgage dated May 22, 2017, entered in Case No. 10-CA-006480 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2016-2 is the Plaintiff and RENE RODRIGUEZ; CLERK OF COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; GE MONEY BANK; PRIME ACCEPTANCE CORP.; THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JULIA CELSARIO are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on JULY 17, 2017, at 10:00 AM to the highest bidder for cash at public sale after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
