PARCEL 2: That part of Lot 70 of ELLIOTT AND HARRISON SUBDIVISION, as per map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 17, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows: Begin at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 70 and run Southwesterly to Southeasterly corner of said Lot 70, thence Northwesterly 60 feet along Southerly boundary of said Lot 70; thence Northeasterly 60 feet from and parallel to the Easterly boundary of said Lot 70, to Northerly boundary of said Lot 70, thence Southeasterly 60 feet to point of beginning.

Lauderdale, FL. 33309, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication on or before JULY 24th 2017, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
