NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 9, 2017 in Civil Case No. 16-CA-010812, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, UNIVERSAL AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC is the Plaintiff, and HAKAN SECKIN; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA CLERK OF THE COURT; STATE OF FLORIDA; LIVE OAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION INC; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A JOHN MARTINEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on June 23, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32 IN BLOCK 101 OF LIVE OAK PRESERVE PHASE 2C-VILLAGES 13 AND 16, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 111, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
