NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2016, and the order dated April 24, 2017, entered in Case No. 14-008045-CI, Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEARS STERNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2007-HE6, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HE6 is the Plaintiff, and MARIE L. HIGHFIELD and WILLIAM T. HIGHFIELD are the Defendants; Ken Burke, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on June 26, 2017, the following described real property, situate and being in Pinellas County, Florida to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK G, KENIL WORTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 22 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 4514 8th Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33713.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
