NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2017, entered in Case No. 16-005908-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Indenture Trustee for Springleaf Mortgage Loan Trust 2013-2, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2013-2 is the Plaintiff and Anthony L. Fails a/k/a Anthony Fails a/k/a Anthony Lorenzo Fails; Unknown Spouse of Anthony L. Fails a/k/a Anthony Fails a/k/a Anthony Lorenzo Fails; Joey L. Fails a/k/a Joeylynn Boatwright a/k/a Joeylynn L. Clayton; Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING 110 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 15 IN THE NORTHEAST ONE QUARTER OF SECTION EIGHT (8), TOWNSHIP THIRTY (30) SOUTH, RANGE FIFTEEN (15) EAST PINELLAS GROVES FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN SOUTH 140 FEET, THENCE EAST 100 FEET, THENCE NORTH 140 FEET, THENCE WEST 100 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
