NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2017, entered in Case No. 13-008810-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Jason Allen Harris a/k/a Jason A. Harris a/k/a Jason Harris; Unknown Spouse of Jason Allen Harris a/k/a Jason A. Harris a/k/a Jason Harris; Jacqueline Harris a/k/a Jacqueline Marie Harris; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; City Of St. Petersburg, Florida; Clerk Of The Court Pinellas County, Florida; Unknown Tenant #1 In Possession Of The Property; Unknown Tenant #2 In Possession Of The Property are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 59, TERESA GARDENS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
