NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure - dated May 11, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-000214-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-OA1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-OA1, is Plaintiff and BEATRICE GALL, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 27th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 10, COQUINA KEY TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 126, PAGE 47 THROUGH 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3870 Island Way, Saint Petersburg, FL, 33705.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
