NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Notice is hereby given that on June 19, 2017 at 8:00AM, the following vehicle will be sold at public auction pursuant to F.S. 713.585 for labor and repair services performed and storage charges, if any:
2004 Ford F250 XL Pickup, White VIN: 1FTNX21L94EA66030
The Sale will be held by lienor and at Jaw Droppin Customs Enterprises, Inc. DBA Eastern, Auto, Towing and Transport at 2000 13 th Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33713 727-253- 7833
Pursuant to F.S. 713.585 the cash sum amount of $4,326.67, and these charges will continue to accrue at the rate of $20.00 per day would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from the lienor.
Notice that any owner of the vehicle or any person claiming an interest in or lien thereon has a right to a hearing at any time before the scheduled date of sale by filing a demand for hearing with Clerk of The Circuit Court in Pinellas County and mailing copies of the demand for hearing to all other owners and lienors as reflected on the notice.
Notice that the owner of the vehicle has a right to recover possession of the vehicle without instituting judicial proceedings by posting bond in accordance with the provisions of section 559.917, Florida Statutes (Motor Vehicle Repair Act).
Notice that any proceeds from the sale of the vehicle remaining after payment of the amount claimed to be due and owing to the lienor will be deposited with the clerk of the circuit court for disposition upon court order.
Lienor reserves the right to reject or accept all bids and the right to bid.
