NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-007917-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR SPRINGLEAF MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2013-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2013-2, is Plaintiff and BARBARA H. AHO, ET. AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 29th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK “O”, MONTEREY HEIGHTS, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 43 AND 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1670 Young Avenue, Clearwater, FL, 33756.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
