On June 30, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., DANIEL F MARTINEZ, II, P.A., 2701 W. Busch Blvd., Ste. 159, Tampa, Fla. 33618, as Trustee pursuant to that Appointment of Trustee recorded on June 9, 2016, in Official Records Book 19222, Page 525, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, by reason of a now continuing default by Obligor(s), (See Exhibit “A”), whose address is (See Exhibit “A”), in the payment or performance of the obligation secured by a Claim of Lien recorded in Official Records Book 19430, Pages 1232-1233, Public Records of Pinellas County, Fla., including the breach or default, notice of which was set forth in a Notice of Default and Intent to Foreclose provided to the last known address of Obligor(s), (See Exhibit “A”), by Certified/Registered Mail/Return Receipt Requested or by publication by the undersigned Trustee, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for lawful money of the United States of America, at the Resort Office of Voyager Beach Club Condominium, located at 11860 Gulf Blvd., Treasure Island, Fla. 33706, all right, title and interest in the property situated in Pinellas County, Fla., described as:
Unit Week (See Exhibit “A”) in Time Share Unit (See Exhibit “A”) of VOYAGER BEACH CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5477, Pages 1561-1631, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as amended from time to time, together with any limited common elements appurtenant thereto and an undivided share in the common elements of said condominium as the same may be amended from time to time, and together with perpetual and non-exclusive easement in common with all other owners of an undivided interest in the improvements upon the land above described, for ingress, egress and use of all public passage-ways as well as common areas and facilities upon the above described land.

Said sale will be made (without covenants, or warranty, express or implied, regarding the title, possession or encumbrances) to pay the unpaid assessments due in the amount of (See Exhibit “A”), with interest accruing at the rate of (See Exhibit “A”) per day, pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium, advances, if any, under the terms of said Claim of Lien, charges and expenses of the Trustee and of the trusts created by said Claim of Lien.
Obligor(s) shall have the right to cure the default and any junior lienholder shall have the right to redeem its interest up to the date the Trustee issues the Certificate of Sale by paying the amounts due, as outlined in the preceding paragraph, in cash or certified funds to the Trustee at the address listed above. After the Trustee issues the Certificate of Sale, there is no right of redemption.
