NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated - May 16, 2017, and entered in Case No. 13-000363-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR18, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR18 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2005, is Plaintiff and CHARLES MARTON, HEDVIG HUNYADY, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 11, Block 15, of Pasadena Gardens Gulfview Section, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6 Page 96, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 5313 18th Avenue South, Gulfport, FL 33707-4216
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
