Seegobin, Sr., Yvonna T. Brumell, Amber Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Tenants/Owners, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 3rd of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
