LOT 93, HILLCREST HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK J, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
