The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida; Case No. 2017-CA-000222; and is styled U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST vs. MARIO ANDRE NAVARRO A/K/A MARIO EDREI NAVARRO; VIVANTE AT PUNTA GORDA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALM ISLES - PUNTA GORDA PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Mark W. Hernandez, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 255 S.
