Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of March, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-00964-CC in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BURNT STORE LAKES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and ALEKSEY VIKTOROV aka IGOR ALEKSEYEVICH VIKTOROV, AS AN HEIR TO THE ESTATE OF IYA VIKTOROVA, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE(S), DEVISEES, GRANTEES ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF IYA VIKTOROVA, DECEASED; AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES,GRANTEES, SUCCESSORS, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 7th day of July, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 918, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 21, according the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 1A through 1Z21, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
