NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 16, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 4442 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee for JPMorgan Mortgage Acquistition Trust 2007-CH1, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-CH1, is the Plaintiff and George Widunas, Kristen Widunas, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 5th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
