1. Mako Boat identified with the name Tight Stern - FL6798EP with a Yamaha Saltwater Series II 0X66 Fuel Injection Motor and the Peterson Trailer.
2. The boat with the motor referenced above is located in Covered Bridge Estates storage facility.
3. The tenant is identified as:
Brian Coffin and Jamie Simpson
4. The Covered Bridge Estates Community Association, Inc., disclaims any warranties or responsibility as to ownership of the sold property. There is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like in this disposition.
