NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO SECTION 83.806, FLA. STAT.
Notice is given that pursuant to the applicable provision of Florida Statutes, Section 83.806, the following will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash at the principal address of COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. at 6350 SHENANDOAH CIRCLE, ELLENTON, FLORIDA 34222 at 12:00 p.m. on June 30, 2017, the following described property:
1. Boat identified as a VIP manufactured in Vivian, Louisiana - FL2514RZ with a Chrysler 90 Motor and the Trailer.
2. The boat with the motor referenced above is located in Covered Bridge Estates storage facility.
3. The tenant is identified as:
Kenneth J. Lejeune, Jr. and Rebecca Lejeune.
4. The Covered Bridge Estates Community Association, Inc., disclaims any warranties or responsibility as to ownership of the sold property. There is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like in this disposition.
