Commence at the Northwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 8, thence South 00 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds East along the West boundary of said Southwest 1/4 a distance of 809.75; thence South 89 degrees 46 minutes 51 seconds East, a distance of 1350.03 feet to the Westerly right of way of State Road 33; thence North 05 degrees 01 minutes 00 East, along said Westerly right of way a distance of 1111.90 feet; thence North 89 degrees 46 minutes 51 seconds West, a distance of 620.50 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue North 89 degrees 46 minutes 51 seconds West a distance of 288.01 feet; thence North 00 degrees 17 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 382.83 feet to the Southerly maintained right of way line of Green Pond Road according to maintained right of way map recorded in Map Book 5, pages 38-40, Public Records of Polk County, Florida, thence North 89 degrees 89 minutes 32 seconds East along said Southerly right of way a distance of 43.54 feet; thence North 89 degrees 37 minutes 02 seconds East, along said Southerly right of way line a distance of 100.00 feet; thence North 88 degrees 48 minutes 54 seconds East, along said Southerly right of way line a distance of 100.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 43 minutes 54 seconds East, along said Southerly right of way a distance of 44.48 feet; thence South 00 degrees 17 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 387.52 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; Together with a mobile home situated thereon, described as a 1996 Brenner, with Vehicle Identification Numbers 1OL24846U and 1OL24846X; Title Numbers 70967904 and 70967905; RP Numbers R10725019 and R0725020, which is affixed to the aforedescribed real property and incorporated therein.

has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, Polk County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Complaint, if any, to Gregory A. Sanoba, Esq., 422 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33801, on or before July 10, 2017, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
