WILLIAMS A/K/A STACEY WILLIAMS N/K/A TERSEA WILLIAMS; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE EQCC ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2001-1F; JEM INVESTMENTS OF AMERICA, INC.; CITY OF LAKELAND, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A LASHAWNDA HOWARD; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION OF THE WEST 50.00 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK ā€œCā€, BELLEVIEW PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT 8, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, BOUNDED ON THE SOUTH BY THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF MODEST STREET, ON THE WEST BY THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF WASHINGTON AVENUE, ON THE EAST BY A LINE LOCATED PARALLEL TO AND 17.00 FEET EAST OF EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF WASHINGTON AVENUE, AND ON THE NORTH BY THE ARC OF A CURVE WITH RADIUS OF 19.50 FEET WHOSE CENTER POINT IS LOCATED 17.00 FEET EAST OF EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF WASHINGTON AVENUE AND 22.00 FEET NORTH OF NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF MODEST STREET, SAID CENTER POINT LYING EASTERLY OF SAID CURVE
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
