NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash at the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on June 29, 2017, that certain real property situated in the County of Collier, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Unit 3209, FOXWOOD CONDOMINIUM III, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, of recorded in Official Record Book 1237, Pages 1690 through 1780, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
