NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 28, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2016CA002279CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and JUAN M. PEREZ ABREU; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on June 28, 2017 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 45 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF HUDSON GROVE ESTATES NORTH SECTION, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE NORTHERLY 25.00 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
