NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 25, 2017 and Final Judgment dated April 11, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 2016 CC 006696 SC of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 27, Verona Reserve, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page(s) 39, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 29th day of June, 2017.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
