YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Declaratory Judgment on the following described property:
Lot 20, PARADISE SHORES, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 80 and 80A, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
a/k/a 1502 Sandpiper Lane, Sarasota, FL 34239.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to M. Lewis Hall, III, Esquire, of Williams Parker Harrison Dietz & Getzen, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 200 S. Orange Avenue, Sarasota, Florida 34236, either (chose one)
