NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016 CA 001702 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and HENRY C. LUNSFORD JR. A/K/A HENRY C. LUNSFORD; NATALIYA LUNSFORD are Defendants. Karen Rushing, Clerk of Court for SARASOTA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 11TH day of JULY, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 68, GREENBRIAR HOMES, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 113 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
