NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 30, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2011 CA 008051 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-38, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-38, Plaintiff and LOIDA GARCIA, ET AL. is the defendant, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on July 5, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
