NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-010102, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and ERIC GORDON A/K/A ERIC T. GORDON A/K/A ERIC THOMAS GORDON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC GORDON A/K/A ERIC T. GORDON A/K/A ERIC THOMAS GORDON; JENNIFER E. GORDON A/K/A JENNIFER ELIZABETH GORDON A/K/A JENNIFER GORDON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER E. GORDON A/K/A JENNIFER ELIZABETH GORDON A/K/A JENNIFER GORDON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; KINGS LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 27 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 6, KINGS LAKE PHASE 2A, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
