The Easterly 0.50 feet of the Southerly 11.3 feet of the Northerly 25.1 feet of the West 40 feet of Lot 8, Block 11, HIGHLAND PARK, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 24, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on July 14, 2017 , at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 and Chapter 702, Florida Statutes.
