You are hereby notified that proceedings are pending in the Estate of Adam T. Latus, deceased, File Number 17-004824-ES-003, by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756; that the decedent's date of death was July 30, 2015, and the petitioners are Thomas Latus and Marilyn Baker Latus, 11496 74th Avenue No., Seminole, FL 33772.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for who provision for full payment was made in the Order must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW, under F.S. 733.702 and 733.710.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
