NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7, 2017, and entered in Case No. 15-008203-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and RAYMOND A. DOYLE A/K/A R.A. DOYLE; CYNTHIA A. DOYLE; JUNIPER BAY PHASE 4 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LANSBROOK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7TH day of JULY, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 127, OF JUNIPER BAY PHASE 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 123, PAGE 55-60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
