NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2017, and entered in Case No. 15-007297-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ACTION REALTY AND MANAGEMENT, INC., a Florida corporation, and INDIAN ROCKS INVESTORS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, are the Plaintiffs, and TDR TRUST, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Defendant, the Clerk of said Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on August 28, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 2, Block 1, BARDMOOR GOLF VIEW SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 64, Pages 64 and 65, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
