NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-005717-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and BRIAN C. SAUTER; MELODY SAUTER A/K/A MELODY D. SAUTER, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11TH day of JULY, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 1/2 OF VACATED 16 FOOT ALLEY ABUTTING THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 2, AND LYING BETWEEN THE NORTH AND SOUTH BOUNDARY LINES OF SAID LOT 2, EXTENDED WEST TO THE CENTER OF SAID VACATED ALLEY, ARNOLD-POLLARD SUBDIVISION NO. 1, PARTIAL REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 84 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
