NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-000013-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and ANTOINETTE CHIANCHIANO A/K/A NAN CHIANCHIANO; GERTRUDE (TRUDI) CHIANCHIANO; EUGENE DISTEFANO; HARBOR CREST 400 PROPERTY OWNERS, INC., are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13TH day of JULY, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PART OF THE UNPLATTED HARBOR CREST “400” APARTMENT HOME PROPERTY IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 7; THENCE SOUTH 89º 11'50” EAST, ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 7, 304 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00º 09'46” WEST, 304.17 FEET EAST OF AND PARALLEL TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 7, 30.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89º 11'50” EAST, 216.38 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 89º 11'50” EAST, 60.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00º 46'43” WEST, 76.06 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89º 13'17” WEST, 60.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00º 46'43” EAST, 76.08 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
