CURRY A/K/A JAMES MATTHEW CURRY; EDWARD STEWART CURRY JR. A/K/A EDWARD S. CURRY JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES CURRY A/K/A JAMES M. CURRY A/K/A JAMES MATTHEW CURRY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD STEWART CURRY JR. A/K/A EDWARD S. CURRY JR.; REGIONS BANK; PLATTE RIVER INSURANCE CO.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendants.
