NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2017, and entered in Case No. 09-022079-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and WILLIAM R. KLINK; JUDY A. KLINK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUDY A. KLINK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM R. KLINK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR IRWIN UNION BANK AND TRUST COMPANY; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 11 day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK “B”, HEATHER ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, AT PAGES 25 AND 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
