NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 16002281 CF of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BRADFORD N. EMMER, TRUSTEE, EQUITYMAX, INC., PENSION PLAN is Plaintiff and VICKIE KIRTS, f/k/a VICKIE ELLINWOOD, f/k/a VICKIE L. ELLINWOOD, f/k/a VICKIE LYNN BROWN et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to highest and best bidder for cash at Charlotte County's On Line Public Auction website: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on July 6th, 2017 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in CHARLOTTE County, Florida as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 23, Block 4451, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section Eighty Two, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, pages 52, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
