NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6th, 2017 entered in the above entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on August 7th, 2017 at 11:00 A.m. or as soon thereafter at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
