NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-000497 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which ROBIN K. TRIBBETT and CHERI TREVINO, as Successor Co-Trustees of the MABEL F. ROBINETTE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST dated Oct. 17, 2001, are the Plaintiffs and JENNI L. PAVLISKO, TIDEVUE ESTATES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., JOHN DOE, JANE DOE, as unknown parties in possession are the Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 7th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 131, TIDEVIEW ESTATES, FIRST ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page(s) 66 through 68, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Together with a Double-Wide Mobile Home described as a 1973 STARC, 48' VIN No. 14GCM02364A and 14GCM02364B, Title Nos. 11255237 and 11255238, respectively, which is permanently affixed to the real property as described above, in accordance with Florida law.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the clerk of court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
