NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017 CA 000777 AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DUDLEY C. FORT, JR. AND PRISCILLA A. FORT, CO-TRUSTEES OF THE PRISCILLA A. FORT REVOCABLE TRUST DATED APRIL 2, 2009, is Plaintiff, and BRIAN O'DONNELL AND LANDMARK BANK OF FLORIDA AND KEN BURTON, MANATEE COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR, ET. AL. are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning
at 11 a.m. at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The Southeasterly ten feet of Lot 3 and all of Lot 4, Block 12, Whitfield Estates, Unit No. 1, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Pages 127A and 128A, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
