NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015CA000032AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Self Help Credit Union, Plaintiff and GLORIA M. SANDLER are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 14, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 18, BUILDING B, SANCTUARY OF BRADENTON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2071, PAGE 4867, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 34, PAGE 84, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
